Free shipping offers on orders over AUD$ 100.

Waterlily &Co. is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
